I was born and raised in Oregon.  I started writing short stories and weird poems when I was 9, moving on to typing out crazy stories with my roomate.  It was during college that I came up with the idea for the main character of what would become The Asset series.  (I was supposed to be studying for an economics test, but...)  After several dysfunctional friendships, toxic relationships, and family entanglements, I had enough source material to write stories about characters wtih messy lives and even messier problems.

 

I live in Seattle with my family, including 3 pets who think they're in charge.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, photography, and annoying my teenaged children.
